Move things around

   Drag a row by its dots to where you want it.

   With the keyboard, press Tab to reach the dots, press Space, use the up and down arrow keys, then press Space again to drop it.

   Or open the row and use Move up and Move down.

4. 4

   Press Undo if you change your mind.
