Questions the treasurer will ask.
The small print, in plain words.
What counts as a service?
Anything you print or share. Drafts do not count, and nor does anything in your first 60 days. From day 61, you have ten free services every twelve months. An eleventh costs £3.
Are funerals and weddings extra?
Not on Parish or Benefice. On Chapel, each one counts as a service. The £24 order is for families, and anyone without a Hymnfold account.
Do we still need a CCLI licence?
Yes, if you reproduce copyrighted songs. Hymnfold lists what you used, but is not a licence itself.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Parish and Benefice plans can be invoiced to the PCC for payment by bank transfer.
What happens to our archive if we stop?
You move to Chapel. Nothing is deleted, and you can read and download everything you have ever made.
