For the person who makes the bulletin.
Sunday’s service,ready by Thursday.
Type your church’s name. We’ll build next Sunday’s bulletin in front of you, in your style, before you sign up for anything.
No sign-up to try it. Ten services a year are free. After that, $4 each, or under $3 a Sunday for everything.
With a hymnal and a liturgy
With a sermon series and a band
Publisher support has ended. Your bulletin doesn’t have to change.
Bring last week’s bulletin. We’ll make it look great.
A Word document, a PDF from Publisher or Canva, even a photo. We keep your wording and your order, flag anything we are unsure of, and turn it into a bulletin.

Thank you to all who helped at the fall supper! Clean-up day is Saturday 11/14 at 10 a.m. Bring gloves. See Jean about Christmas poinsettias.
After, the same service
Your week, start to finish.
A little each day, done by Thursday.
A service is not one job. It is five small ones, and Hymnfold keeps your place in them.
Monday
Your draft is waiting
Hymnfold starts next Sunday from last week’s pattern, with the next week of your series, or the new readings, already in place.
Tuesday
Choose the songs
Search by title, first line, theme or meter, and see when you last sang each one.
Wednesday
Add the announcements
An announcement written once comes back on its dates, and retires itself when it expires.
Thursday
Print and fold
One PDF, arranged for the copier, with the printer settings written out in plain English.
Sunday
Everyone has it
Bulletins for the pews, a link for phones, and the whole service filed in your archive for good.

Ask once.
Stop tracking people down.
Send a link. Your pastor sends the sermon notes from a phone. The worship leader adds the songs. Volunteers confirm with one tap. Nobody needs an account, and their answers land straight in your draft.
Print. Fold. Done.
Half-letter bulletin, Letter paper, every page in order.
A four-page bulletin prints as pages 4 and 1 on one side, 2 and 3 on the other. Eight pages is worse. Hymnfold works it out, so nobody spends Friday morning at the copier with a pair of scissors.

What did we sing last Advent?
Every hymn you print is remembered. Search by title, first line, theme or meter, and see when you last sang it, so nobody sits through the same four favorites.

The person making these bulletins has often never made one, and may be doing it at a hard time. So there is a separate path: a few plain questions, a finished bulletin, one payment, and no account to set up.
$29 for a single program, with changes until the day.
An honest word about the alternatives.
Why not use Word or Canva?
They are fine tools. Affinity is free to everyone, and Canva has a free plan, with free Pro for approved nonprofits. If you enjoy design, use them. Hymnfold is for people who would rather the job were simply done.

What it costs.
That’s the Church plan at $149 a year. We can invoice your church.
Common questions.
Before you take it to your board.
What if it fails on a Thursday?
During your trial and on Church and Multi-site, we email your latest draft as a print-ready PDF every Thursday at 7 a.m. On every plan, you can download it yourself at any time. Keep your old file alongside for the first month, until you trust it.
Will it work with our copier?
If it prints on both sides of Letter or Legal paper, yes. Print one test sheet first. If it only prints one side, we show you how to turn the paper over.
We are not very technical. Is that a problem?
It was designed for you. If you can write an email, you can make a bulletin, and help is built into every screen.
Can we keep our own wording?
Every word. Import your usual service once and it becomes your pattern. You can edit your own words, and undo any change.
What about copyrighted songs?
Our library holds only public domain texts. For licensed songs you keep the title and add the words under your own license. Those words stay in your account, and we list the song for your report.
What about names in prayers?
Names leave the archive after four weeks and stay off your phone link, unless you change that on the prayer. Your church needs each person’s permission.
What if Hymnfold closes?
If we choose to close: 90 days’ notice, every service as PDF and Word. Every January we also email your treasurer the year’s services, without names in prayers, so you always hold a copy.
Who is behind this?
Hymnfold is a small independent business.
The small print is on the pricing page.
