What counts as a service?

Anything you print or share. Drafts don’t count, and neither does anything in your first 14 days. From day 15, you have ten free services every twelve months. An eleventh costs $4.

Are funerals and weddings extra?

Not on Church or Multi-site. On Starter, each one counts as a service. The $29 program is for families, and anyone without a Hymnfold account.

Do we still need a CCLI license?

Yes, if you reproduce copyrighted songs. Hymnfold lists what you used, but is not a license itself.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. We invoice your church, and you can pay by card or ACH. Upload a certificate for any sales tax exemption.

What happens to our archive if we stop?

You move to Starter. Nothing is deleted, and you can read and download everything you have ever made.
