Bring in an old bulletin

   Open Services and press New service.

   Choose Bring your last bulletin, and pick a Word file or a PDF.

   Check what we found. Anything that needs a look is shown first.

   Press Looks right, set it.

   If a file will not read, start from a template and paste your wording in.
